Each session is recorded over Zoom, highlighting your Bodygraph and supplemental resources. In addition to the recording, you will receive a  a copy of your Human Design Bodygraph, your natal birth chart, additional resources, as well as journal prompts to work through any deconditioning that may be required after learning your design.
